What did Indians wear?
Many people ask what did the native americans wear for a simple day? Well I'm going to tell you that I have some of your answers which I'm going to tell you because it is important to know what the indians back then used to wear and probubly still wear today.
Navajo PeopleThe Navajo indians wore deer skin moccisans with either a velvet skirt,cotton or velvet shirt,with cotton pants for men, and for women a velvet shirt with velvet skirt or a dress. The men wore knee-high moccisans(a type of shoe) and the women wore ankel high moccisans.

Hopi PeopleThe women of the Hopis wore a type of dress which is usually black with one shoulder out and in the early 1900's a long sleeve dress was added to make the dress look better and the dress is called mantas.The men wore breech-cloth which was kinda like a kilt,both men and women wore deer skin moccisans.

Mohave PeopleThe Mohave indians wore simple things. The women wore deer,beaver,and rabbit skin. While the women wore that the men usually went of in the nude(naked).
